The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu English Open will take place on the Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th November at the Dartford Judo club.
I have printed out copies of the rules and weight classes which can be found in reception so make sure you take the time to read and understand and ask me if you have any questions.
Mondays BJJ class we will work technique and do lots of sparing as this will help improve fitness and identify any area’s you are having problems with.
Thursday BJJ classes will be all about specific positional drilling and during rolling the focus will be more on the game plan that you want to work in competition, remember it’s not all about getting the tap.
I would like to see lots of people entering as it will help you understand the art of BJJ in a sporting context and help you identify strong or weak points in your game!
