I am still buzzing over how much ass everyone has been kicking lately as I write this. February saw the fight team rack up another 7 wins in MMA, with Liam Etebar bringing home his second title belt after defeating his opponent at XMA fight night in Worthing.
The team has also show their skills in stand up with wins all round in K1 fights and a title winning Boxing match for Gary Doocey.

The whole team competed at XMA in Worthing and the results more than speak for themselves! No flashy gimmicks, bad attitudes or big egos just hard work and great team spirit. I really think that is what separates and places First Gen above other gyms.

As usual there is no rest for the wicked as March and April will be packed full of fights, so make sure you are at the gym training hard supporting those with fights coming up!
I have already reminded you but make sure you buy your tickets for Tolly's fight at the Troxy in April ASAP so he can focus all his time into training and not worry about ticket sales, the sooner we know who is coming the sooner we can book a mini bus so we can all go up to London together, its going to be a great night!
